🕒 20-Day Return Policy

You have 20 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Pet grooming items (brushes, combs, etc.)

  • Pet beds or blankets that show signs of use

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

🔁 Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us at primepetzone@gmail.com  within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and our support team will assist you promptly.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the item was defective or an error occurred on our part.
